We want you to love your Roman Activewear purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at support@romanactivewear.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response — sending multiple follow-up emails before receiving a reply may delay your response time.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear
- Be neatly folded and returned in their original packaging
- Include a note inside the package with your order number (#XXXXX)
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the sender.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@romanactivewear.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Our team will reply within 48 hours with your return instructions.
- Include a note inside your return package with your order number (#XXXXX).
- Drop off your return at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Important Information
- All returns must include the order number inside the package — returns received without one may not be processed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you; customers cover the cost of returning the original item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
