Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery times

Orders ship from Texas via a trusted carrier (typically USPS or UPS). Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or replace packages sent to an incorrectly entered address, so please make sure everything is filled out correctly before you order.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@romanactivewear.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If the piece is still available we'll send a replacement; if it has sold out, we'll issue a refund.
